Foundry Platform is Monotype’s self-service (b2b) platform that allows foundries to manage their fonts and sales. Redesign was necessary to address the problems like cluttered UI, poor product perceptions and inconsistent experience. This resulted in significantly more foundry signups. As of September 2023, monthly traffic on the foundry dashboard increased by 88.5% compared to April 2023.

We redesigned the survey answers experience while supporting design system documentation. Using qualitative research like interviews and further analysis, I extracted insights to guide data-driven design. I conducted guided user tests to validate and refine the survey experience based on real feedback. I collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure smooth implementation. Additionally, I introduced a culture of early user testing to iterate designs, solve usability issues, and save development time and costs.

We built a system that visualized real-time heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV) data using Arduino and TouchDesigner. Participants saw each other’s bio-data as abstract visuals during conversations and arguments. We analyzed how this affected their communication, perception and behaviour. This project was a part of the prototyping interaction course at Umeå University.

As Research Assistant and Webmaster for this L2W project, funded by the European Union's Erasmus+ program, my work involves designing and implementing a user-friendly website that effectively communicates the project's goals, research findings, and resources to a diverse audience of language learners, educators, and researchers. I am working with one of the lead researchers of this project, Brendon Clark at Umeå Institute of Design.

This was a personal case study that discussed challenges in managing important emails in Gmail and proposes a solution called "Take Action Later." It suggests displaying key emails as thumbnails on the home screen for better scannability and prompt action. Future improvements include expanding task options and refining the compose pop-up interface.

Insights is a section under 1Weather shorts where sets of 7 scrollable cards are available for the users. These insights cover a variety of topics from natural disasters, to lifestyle to history and many more. These insights have been carefully designed keeping the 1Weather UI in mind to help enhance the visual experience of Insights while maintaining quality and consistency. This resulted in a 40% increase in user engagement.
